Hey gang glad to find a place to answer my many new questions I have and will have, as I did on another site when I tackled my last great find an 87 Jaguar XJ6. I have already found some great info here! I just picked up a 1985 RX-7 100% original all the way. 32,100 miles when I towed it home from the charity auction. It has all the books and manuals window sticker factory paint perfect interior no rust or even oil or grease anywhere on or under the car. I paid $608.22 with auction fees I know I stole it. It had a bad starter so it "did not run" put a starter in and some fresh gas and she fired right up! Of course I had to drive it right away and she was ready to run too almost as if she was just so happy to be alive again. I found a few minor issues I was already able to fix by reading the faq here on the forum only issue now is a slight miss on idle which we will tackle over the next few days. I look forward to some good interactions with members and some cool things to do with this car!
