Cool New Member 94 Twin Turbo RX7 Having Intermittent Problems

I have a 3rd gen 1994 RX7 twin turbo. I am having intermittent starting problems. I have read through the 3rd gen forum and searched the site. First I replaced the starter & then I read about jumping the interlock switch on the clutch & have located it in my service manual. At first I couldn't get the car to start at all an now with jumping the interlock switch I can get it to start & then drive to the store. When I come out it won't start. After so long of time period, it starts. Could it be in the starter relay switch that is in the circuit? My thinking is I solved part of the problem with jumping the interlock switch but now I am dealing with the 2nd part of the problem. Could it be the relay switch? If so where is it located in the car? Any ideas and suggestions greatly appreciated.

Thanks
