Hi all,
I am Pascal, and live in the netherlands and have driven rx7 for 5 years now.
First i owned a 1986 rx7 fc t2.
I modified it with open exhaust, and air filters.
Since a year ago i have bought a FD from 1993 rhd.
I've put a open exhaust, and air filters on this one too.
Very pleased with the car runs very well and pulls much stronger then the t2 .
this is it for now .

Welcome.
Be careful with boost creep and spike on an open exhaust. The stock fuel system only has enough fuel for 10 PSI of boost. Anything over that gets lean quickly and you risk a blown motor.
Spend some time reviewing the FAQ thread for the 3rd gen to learn about this and other archived knowledge.

i already have a boost gauge. need to.
When i bought the fd the engine was just having a rebuild, and the moment i hit the gas ( after 1200 miles of easy drive ) the boost was 1 bar.
Bit to high.
But i did a compression test last week, and i had high 8 on both rotors.
Now i drive with 0,8 bar boost.
I know what boost spike can do.
I had one with my fc t2 3 years ago. costs me a new engine.
So i've learned the hard way.
The fd drives very good now. pulls very strong.
Here in the netherlands are 20 fd's in the top, so when i drive on the highway almost everybody stick there thums up

Netherlands lol thats out there..and these can only handle 10 psi stock? eh that sucks why so low? is it due to being a 80 ci rotary style motor instead of being a piston style?

The dutch rx7 club is growing, but for now thats all.
There are more fc's and sa/fb's .
much nicer when you own a fd then looks everywhere.
And my boost is stock 0,8 bar thats aprox 12 psi?
