Here's the new little toy I picked up. It's bone stock, in outstanding shape for an '85 with only 81K orignal miles on it.

Just completed a minor tune up (Cap/Rotor, Wires, Plugs) and adjusted the throttle cables. Now the thing purrs like a kitten and is quite peppy for what it is. When I picked it up it had a pretty shitty idle and a pretty nasty miss at light load while cruising. The tune-up did the trick and she's smooth as silk now.

Next up will be some suspension upgrades and suspension restoration, as I believe it still has the OEM struts on it. You can feel they've already left the building, and the stock rubber bushings look like they're shot.

Wheels and tires are on the list too, as the rubber thats on it just has to go. It's pretty old stuff and starting to dry rot a little, and who wants some all seasons? Not me!

Well I figure I should show a few pics I just snapped or I'd probably get banned.

PS: Anyone know where I could source some 15x7 4x114.3 +20 Panasport's?

I have a set of watanabes that are 15x7 25+ that I'm not going to use as I just sold my last Rx7. They are 114.3x4...

Only issue is that the have painted black centers (see pic... not mine but the same rim) that paint is flaking off and will need to be repainted. I'll let them go for $500 shipped if wanted. And if interested I can snap some pics.

OH, and welcome to the forum and ownership of a great car.

Thanks for the welcome thus far!

I'd be interested in seeing a picture of your wheels.
