Hi,
I'm Andy and I used to own a silver '82 when I was in high school (I'm 45 now). The guys at Rotary Performance in Garland, TX did all my maintenance and I knew Chris and Ari well. I drove the car for 5 years during and after high school and finally sold the car to pay for my wife's engagement ring for $1500. Well I never stopped loving my car and swore I'd get another one one day when I had the time and money for extra cars. Marriage, kids in college and careers get in the way of fun. Well, I have a Corvette Z06 now but I'm finally declaring myself in the early stages of finding me another '82 or '83 (higher indicated speed on the old speedometer). I guess the GSL-SE (13B) is the way to go for the power and the older body style but I really like the older cars without power steering. I miss all the fun I had and cant wait to find another car like my old one. I just cannot believe how these cars just vanished since the 1990's.
The best all,
Andy
