Can you post some detail picture of the moonroof. Never saw the white line round about it.

 

Very Nice ..Congrats ...Looks exactly like my very first 85 Sunrise Red GSL-SE i bought used back in the early 90's ....Loved it so much that fast forward about 24 years later i bought a 1984 Sunbeam Silver GSL-SE 6 months ago ....What is the History of the car ? Do you have a Carfax showing all the owners ? I am wondering if it could be mine ..LOL since you live in CT i am in the Suburbs of Westchester county NY ...Post more pictures when you get a chance ....

 

Previous owner must have installed a rubber seal around the glass moonroof ...Rubber usually turns white when excess car wax gets on it ...but i could be wrong ....

CARFAX has very little info. Shipped to original dealer in Sept1984. Registered in Colchester VT in 1994. Registered in Groton CT in 2017.

 

Trim is not white. It is black - just a light reflection in photo.

 

ahhh ok ... definitely not my old 85 SE ... Mine was always a New York car .... So then your the 3 rd owner ?
