Hey guys, I'm Alex from Canada currently in Dubai, UAE. Great forum and very well moderated. Looking forward to buying a decent FD.

Take your time and find one that had a crazy obsessed owner with a novel of maintenance paperwork and receipts on the car. If the owner talks for more than 2 straight hours about the technical aspects of the car, then things are looking good!

If you can afford an fd than you already have the envy of all of us rookies who chose cattle over tall-hat. If you aren't in the American market than find a newer cosmo with a 20b. Sounds like you can afford a little patience and a huge price tag.

Seems like the media got to you, shows the amazingly rich people here, now you all think everybody here is like that, I'm just a normal person no where close to being rich, I could barely afford an rx7 even though they have it here for about 12k USD almost stock in really good condition. But unfortunately cannot afford that.
