Unhappy new from las vegas......NEeD HELP BAD......rotary techs LOOK>>>>

whats up guys. i just bought a 88 fc non turbo. it didnt start when i bought it. i thought it would be easy to fix the guy said it leaked gas. so i did some research and found out that the pulsation dampaner goes out on this year. so i figured easy fix. im very mechanicly inclined, i have been into hondas for a while, and build up those motors. so i figured i would get an rx7 i love how they sound and i wanted a rwd car. so anyway. i took the upper intake manifold off and got to the fuel rail with teh PD on it. took the cap off the pd and BAM the screw was laying int he cap. so i though that this was my problem. so im just gonna remove the PD and do the banjo bolt trick. i went to the junkyard and got the banjo bolt. put it all back on my car. then cranked and no start still. so i took the spark plugs out and noticed that they were moist. so i dried them all and took out the radiator just to make sure there would be no water int he system. then i tried to start it. BAM it fired right up. i didnt even let it run for more then five seconds. (i knwo these cars have bad overheating problems) so i put the radiator back in and hooked everything back up. and then started it. and it started right up. but man was it blowing white smoke out of the exhaust i mean like a friking smoke machine. so from what i have read that means that the water seals are bad.. right? so i tured the car off and tried to start it again, and it wouldnt start again. just cranks but no start..

now, the person i bought the car from had the dealership (i knwo kinda wired) install new apex seals and he has reciepts that he gave me to prove this they were just installed feb 08. but after he had that installed a few months later he noticed the car overheating. i dont know how bad or how long he was overheating. but it turns out that the water shaft had snapped in half so the belt was turning but the impeller was not.

so my question is. if it has been overheated enough to destroy the water seals, does that mean the apex seals are gone as well. if not can i just put new water seals in. id that farliy easy todo once i pull the motor.

oh yeah and there is CRAZY water bubbles in my radiator overrflow when i try starting the car.

please help me out . i want to get it running ASAP
