New from Japan
Im currently over in japan until 2012 and heard about this site so i thought i would join, I have a 91 FC3S with a couple mods done. I plan on building another FC when i get back to the states, i love em. looks like they are getting harder to come by but i wont stop till i find the one i want.
I'm guessing you're military. My advice to you is. strip your current car down, ship it back here peice by peice and buy a car and swap it all over. ^^ I have a few friends in Okinawa, or that had lived there for a number of years that wished that had done that. lol.
And if you are a civie just moving over, good luck and hope to see some progress soon. Later.

I plan to strip as many things as i can if the car was 25 years old it would be very easy to take back but since i leave here in 2012 it wouldnt be that easy i would have to change out many things. I have almost contemplated staying to take it back with the car is completely rust free and is mint when i bought it it only had 98,000 KMH so whoever had it before me took good care of it. i also picked it up completely stock minus a cat back so the build will continue until i leave here then i will start over again when i get back, As of right now the only thing i shipped back was a turbo 2 aluminum hood.

Trust me i take very good care of it. most ill do is a small burnout at most, the car is way to nice to beat on. I get people all the time saying you should drift it and im thinking why and sit there a destroy something that is mint? I dont get people these days. I have the RE Amemiya wheels on there now and im looking into getting the RE Amemiya light kit next. I like a couple tasteful mods but not trying to take away from the original fc look IE widebody etc
It's funny, most of the kids today are always trying shoehorn in the most power they can although it does nothing to change the speed limit. That is a sweet Daily Driver and it would be a shame to tear it up at the track, which branch are you in? only ask because my little bro is deployed in Japan with the navy learning seahawk flight systems.
i cant speak anything just basics really but i got some friends that can read and speak it so they just tag along when i need something important, i just stumbled upon the fc2000 kit just waiting on the guy to get everything together then that will be going on
