New here!
Hi everyone. I'm Erich, I live in Albuquerque, NM, and am 1/6th owner of a 1984 RX-7 GS. Five of my friends and I bought the car for $250 (running!) to race in a 'Lemons' style race at the end of Sept 2010.
It should be a lot of fun, we've gotten the car mostly torn down and are trying to devise creative ways to re-vitalize this car!

Well, hopefully, after y'all are finished trashing the poor beast for the Le'mons race, one of yuz could actually fix it up and put it back on the street.
Should be plenty of stuff for you to learn here, though, for the "race."
Welcome aboard, E! The more 1stgen folk who join, the better I always sez!

We're hoping she survives the race. The scary part is before the race even starts teams can vote to burn one of the other teams' car. Seriously, they're going to set a car on fire before the race I hope to god it isn't our's!

I'm guessing we're going to have a lot of footage, lol. We're also building a website to track the progress but it's not really complete yet. We just started this project this past weekend.
