Yeah, no kidding, right???

Yes, I am new.. I'm 41, been a fan of the RX series for decades, never an owner...

Honestly, I know precious little except RX's have an outstanding mechanical reliability, they go really fast, and my cousin raced some down in Texas many years ago...

I also read that in 1984, despite poor gas mileage even then, the RX-7 was the least expensive car to own, because nothing ever broke on it..

I'd LIKE to own one, but I am no mechanic, and don't have the time, even if I were.. So, looking for a starter RX-7, something not outrageous in price.. Something to get my feet wet without diving off into the deep end until I know how to swim these waters... Something from the '80's would be good..
