New guy - no '7, yet
Hey everyone,
I am new here, and interested in picking up a 3rd Gen for an LS swap My first motor tear down and rebuild was on a 13B from a '86 2nd Gen five letter. My Father loved rotaries with me loving more power via displacement, interesting mix to say the least.
I currently have a 2006 GTO with basic bolt-ons and my tuning - she is capable of high 11's judging by trap speed (need to get a good tire). However, i've had some recent unfortunate events take place around the car and it may be totaled, which leads me here - more or less back to my 'roots'. Even if it is not it may just be time to move on to a different platform. I've always loved the look of the '7 and this just might be the time to move into one.
I'll be searching around and might post a question or two if I cannot locate the answers already.
Thanks!
