New guy from Japan

Hi all new FD owner from Japan, have been wanting one for years now and found my chance to buy one from being out here in Japan. Its a little worn down but it just needs some love, motor was flooded prior to purchase, though it doesn't really matter since its getting a 1jz. I am extremally excited to jump into this project and be apart of the rx7 community. But anyways here's my 1992 rx7 FD3S.

Keep in mind jci if you plan on doing that swap. Also keep in mind the import rules if you plan on sending it anywhere outside of Japan. Engine swapped cars can be a hassle to import anywhere and sometimes not eligible to all.

Welcome to the forum! Listen to CR-Rex...many swapped cars have been left behind in Japan, and I know for certain that JCI is going to be a beast because I had a K swapped Civic hatch that would not pass. My advice, wait until you get to Europe or back to the states before you swap it. Who knows, you may develop a hidden love for the rotary! Cheers!

For sure I’m building the engine here then shipping it back with the stock FD once I like how it looks overall.
