I recently acquired a 91 rx7, I got it on trade for a broken down civic so I knew I couldn't go wrong haha. The car smokes intermittently but im hoping its not something catastrophic, i would like to be able to just fix something external and drive it, but im sure that's just wishfull thinking.

I've been a Mazda fan since my first car which was an 89 mx6 gt, that car was awesome, and super reliable for having 300000 miles, I got rid of it recently for said broken down civic, which initially seemed like a stupid choice but I'm glad now that I got the 7, I do still own a 91 mx6 that I picked up with a bad headgasket, and has since been fixed, and still awaiting its swaybars, coilovers, and exhaust that are sitting in my closet lol, I'm hoping to do something similar to the 7, just coils, and wheels, bushings, ECT. Of course after I get it in shape mechanicaly. I'll try and get some pics of my cars up tomorrow! And I hope I learn some things from you masterminds while in here

fuuuuu, i still havent gotten any pics of the 7 as its sitting pretty much dormant for the time being. i have a few plans that i hope to be getting to toward the end of winter though, i want to be able to take it out a few times before next winter.

 

oh, and not that anybody cares. the mx6 has new wheels on it, and the coilovers are on, ill be getting some pics of both probably mid week, so stay tuned!

 

Bumpn an old thread! I ended up parting the s5 out and scraping it. Just recently picked up a 93 fd with 73,000 miles and a few thing done to it! Ill be sure to post a proper build thread soon!
