TX new guy here :D

Hey, guys im new here. Recently traded in my 2000 Civic EX coupe, auto w/ a stock d16y8. Traded it in for a 1990 RX-7 non-turbo rotary 13B engine. The interior is pretty much crap, the exterior has dings, but get this, only 74k miles on the engine and transmission, body has 170k i believe. So whaddaya guys think?I plan on getting a single turbo, but for now all my money will be going into it to make sure its a good daily driver, then we can get to work
