Hello all, my name is Sal. I am actually a die hard Ford guy; I've owned over 80 Fords and had my own Ford performance/dyno/tuning business for 15 years (retired from that now).

I just picked up an 88 RX7 yesterday. I am planning to build an EV (electric vehicle) car for daily commuting, and have been looking at all kinds of possible donors. I actually wasn't looking for an RX7, I just happened to come across one with no motor and got it for a good price. I brought it home yesterday and gave it a good cleaning.

I'll post a few pics here, but I will start a build thread soon on my EV project with more pics, and I have tons of questions about this car but I dare not ask them here per the intro rules, lol.
