Im the proud new owner of a white 1991 rx7 non turbo auto car... Bought this thing out of VA on thanksgiving day.. Its a pretty clean car overall with only 117k mi. on it.. Bought the the car when it didn't run and was overall planning to put a LSx into it within the next year.. Was doing some checks on the car and found that it needs a fuel pump and water pump.. I drained the gas, replaced those pieces and got her running..

Now that it runs, it still has a problem.. Im still searching through threads to see if i can find a lead..

It cranks and idles great.. Revs in neutral just fine.. but when in gear(auto), it sputters, cuts out and just runs like crap when i get on the throttle... I have changed all fluids and filters and have great fuel pressure.. there is a CL but I wasn't sure how to check it.. Been reading and seen that its a pretty detailed process just to check CL's...

welcome. if u haven't already, check out the SE regional section, especially the crossroads thread. u just might find some ppl near u. i know u'll find much help there. also much help can be found in the 2nd gen specific section. also download the fsm that can be found in a sticky thread at the top of the new member section. hope u get it figured out.
