OH new guy

Whats goin on fella's? Names Jake, new to the site. Been around rotorys for a while, still a noob to them tho. I'm currently driving a bagged '84 VW Jetta 2.0L as shown on my profile pic. I've always like rotorys cause nothing beats the sound of one. Hope to learn more about rotorys and meet some new people.

Now Jake, how is it you've been into rotaries for a while and you're just now discovering this website? In any case, you're def going to find a lot of people who share this interest here, so head on over to your regional board and see if new friends are to be found there.

Welcome aboard to RX-7 Club!!

thank you for the welcome. the only project ive helped on with a rotory was put a 13b with sidedrafts in a '65 bettle. that was thee loudest car in history, revved once all the motor mounts busted haha. at idle is was shootin flames about 2 to 3 ft out the exhaust pipe.

With open "headers," I'm convinced you can do serious ear damage in no time flat. It's amazing the job a good exhaust system has to do just to keep the rotary to a muffled roar. I can only imagine how loud that car was with its minimal steel structure to protect you guys.
