IN New Guy?!

Hi. ZMX here. I'm an Indiana University student (Major: Physics) going into my junior year after this summer. I've been a gearhead for my whole life. My current car is a 93 Civic Hatch that I have left stock. I also have a 1982 CB750.

I've been looking at RX7s a lot lately because I see a lot of potential in them. At this point, I am very intimately exploring the concept of getting a naturally aspirated FC to port and run exhaust cutouts on.

Ideally, I'd convert it over to carbureted (I'm thinking a Weber 48 IDA) and port it mostly to affect top end power, leaving bottom end torque alone. I'd be shooting for about 250HP.

Then perhaps eventually throw something nastier in there like a Turbo 20B or a V8.

In any case, has anyone done a writeup on how best to change a 13B over to carbureted?
