whats up rx7club!? my name is devin and i've owned my 86 s4 for 5 years now. it was my first car and i bought it when i was 17. unfortunately, i blew it up 2 years ago. now i would like to make this abundantly clear, I LOVE THE ROTARY ENGINE, always have, always will. but the cheapest way to get my baby back on the road was a chevy v8. please dont be hatein.

yes i did actually. i used the grannys kit and the whole swap wasnt that painful. they give very detailed instructions with the kits you order and they even have wiring diagrams on their website.
just be careful if your going to be cutting out your radiator mounts that your old fuel filter isnt laying around... who knew fires could be started this way?

to Pele. that sounds pretty sweet! i've seen everykind of engine in the first gens, turbo 4's, 6's, carburated fords, chevys, mopars, and hell even a couple rotaries :-P. but i dont think i've ever seen an LS motor in one. hinsons supercars in california has a kit for damn near anything these days though so i say go for it.
