Welcome to the forums. I am from Throop which is just outside of Scranton. If you have any questions or need help with the car I can probably help.

I have an FD but it is in surgery at the moment. Definately not many 7s around this area and even less FDs.

Thanks guys glad you like it

And turk, mine might be in surgery as well soon. I might have to rebuild already. It seems like a coolant seal is bad

Im a little deeper than a rebuild. I bought my car immediately took the motor out to fix all the wrongs in the bay and put a new trans in. While I was in that deep I decided to paint the engine bay. And with that much of the car already taken apart I thought that there would never be a better time to refresh the suspension with poly bushings and coilovers. Motor is almost ready to go back in though.

A lot of work but it will definitely pay off. Sounds like it's gonna be nice. I'll have to check it out sometime

I am always happy to meet another FD owner, probably because I can count the number I met on one hand.

very nice and clean car......good luck with it!, what did you drive before?
how does the Rx-7 compare? I'm toying with purchasing one, but want to learn the mysteries of the rotary power plant. I like different, but I also don't want to embark on a painful journey!

Before this I drove an 05 wrx. I loved my subaru but I wanted to try something different. And I've always loved FDs. So I figured I'd try it out.

The rides not as smooth as the Subaru but that's expected going from a 2005 to a 1993. But overall I do like the car. It pulls good. Not as fast as the Subaru either but I also had a lot of money into that.

Definitely think their worth it. The rotary is a whole nother world. What do you drive now?
