New to the forum, FD #3 (Japan)

Hey all, name's Nick. I live in Okinawa, Japan. Just picked up my third FD, which will be the first one that I'm tuning aggressively. My other two FD's have been great daily drivers, with simple mods. This new one is going "full racecar" to replace my WRX wagon (RIP).

My plans for it are pretty solid, but I'd love to hear other suggestions/comments.

Engine/turbo:
- Big streetported 13B-REW block
- Himni-Racing BW S366 FD Alpha setup
- 3.5" DP w/elec cut-out, then reduced into Kakimoto CB
- Xcessive LIM - Both mani's ceramic coated
- Aeromotive Stealth 340lph fuelpump feeding surgetank
- A1000 feeding -8AN line to the fuel rail
- ID1000/2000 injectors
- CNP - Chevy LS truck coils
- Megasquirt MS3X
- Rotary Works v-mount setup
- Dual Oil-coolers w/ remote-mount dual filters and -10AN hardware
- A/C Delete
- Airpump removal (obviously)

Suspension:
- Solid Alumi motor mounts
- Banzai Trans/Diff Braces
- Meghan Racing Trailing Arms/Lateral Links w/ spherical bearings
- Delrin bushings for everywhere else
- RB swaybar brace
- 7-point roll-cage
- CST Coilovers 12kgf/10kgr

Body/wheels/tires:
- Feed Blister front fenders (+25mm)
- D-MAX Rear overfenders (+50mm)
- R*Magic Type II FRP hood

Haven't decided on how I wanna finish up the interior. Thinking about a full-strip. Also thinking about a full, from-scratch whole-car rewire, as I won't need much for what I want to do, and that would eliminate ALL electrical gremlins. Downside is it would mean eliminating the ABS, which while I did so on my Subaru, from what I've read is a big task on FD's.

Here, in Okinawa, there is no circuit, and I miss my days at Summit Point, so for now I'm stuck with autocrossing, and I'm thinking about going to drift a bit in the near future with this car.

Thanks!

Welcome, Nick!

Sounds like a good plan. Good luck with the build.
