New FD owner in socal.
Hi!.My name is Brandon.
Just picked up my first rx7. Knowing very little about rotary motors i always was against them due to high maintenance, unreliability, terrible gas mileage, etc etc. I never looked into owning one until one came at the right price. I drove it, fell in love with the chassis, and now I'm starting to enjoy the feel of the rotary. Anyways here's a pic and some mods that came on the car.
Rebuilt street ported engine
Power fc
Greddy fmic
K&N intakes
defi boost/egt gauges
AEM wideband/FP gauges
Wedsports
Stoptech front brakes
Tein flex coilovers
And a few other goodies

Looking to pick one up someday in the future. The FD is just sexy. I have had a red FC for less than a year. I found her with a 4-speed. Been saving up and once the holidays blow over, I'm going 5-speed and then follow up with basic mods. Intake and complete exhaust system. This is my first car so its gonna be a very educational journey.
I live in Bell Gardens, CA. Looking forward to meeting some locals on here.
P.S. Any advice for my 1990 GXL would be very helpful and appreciated.

Thanks! Yea it's running about -8 degrees.
Thanks Ron! I believe they are 17x9+42 with 255/40 Azenis all around. They will be for sale along with the stoptechs and coilovers once I can park it.

This might seem like a stupid question, but why on earth would you do that?

S13 and S14 get stolen like Hondas and Acuras now. Maybe its all that drift hype, illest hype, hellaflush hype, and hipster hype....lol...hype-hype...lol. If you can't garage both cars I'd put a pedal lock, tilt and motion sensor/detection, car alarm, quick release steering wheel hub with a hub lock, and a kill switch on whatever car has to sit on the driveway.

Sheesh man I'd park my S13 inside too. I forget which model year it is, but you can basically push the windows down with your bare hands :/
Love the FD! Hope to be picking on up soon, and putting my 'non-shitbox-S13' project on hold lol.
