Well here starts the Journey,
Currently stationed in Okinawa and I finally came across a killer deal on a 93 FD due to one my buddies having to PCS earlier then expected. Planning on keeping her as close to stock as I can (aside from the common sense reliability mods) until we get her back stateside when she can be given the love she truly deserves. I have been a lifetime car enthusiast, started working in my grandfathers garage with him as early as my memory starts. Started going to school to be a mechanic when I was 15, then joined the Military. At my first duty station I came across a Diesel Performance shop and fell in love and spent all of my off time there working for free, the people and the experiences were great. Now that I am here I started a new journey into the rotary world. I have spent hours and hours in the past few weeks digging through the ins and outs of this forum and I can say that this has quickly become a new passion. I have already dug deep into my newly purchased FD the first weekend, and have learned a ton already. These things are amazing machines and I cant wait to see where it takes me. My Wife isnt to excited to see where it will take our bank account though .
