Hello, together. My name is Nils, am 29 years old and comes from Germany. Professionally I work independently as a mechanic in a Bosch car service station. For 2 years I am a proud owner of 1995 Rx7 FD Type RB.
I´m Glad to be here and to be able to exchange my self with other fd drivers worldwide.

Thanks for the nice welcome. I live in Wuppertal near Cologne area. The Hockenheimring is a beautiful track. I already had a couple of times there.
But nothing beats the Nurburgring. It is about an hour away. The Eifel is beautiful area and made for the FD.
Heidelberg is also a cool city. What have you been there at that time?

I lived there from 2008-2010. I worked for the US Army as a civilian, no in Japan though. I never made it to Nurburgring, unfortunately! I'm planning on moving back to Germany within the next few years, so I'm sure I'll be able to hit Nurburgring then. I also want to drive where Porsche have their test drives up in Lipzig, I almost made it there once, but had an injury that summer and missed test driving the 911. Cheers!
Maybe you can even connect it directly with the 911 test drive on the Nordschleife.
Much better is not possible.
Wish you all the best
