First off my name is Eric and I am from LA. I currently picked up a 1990 FC shell from another member off this forum. This will be my first project car that I hope to finish.
My DD is a MS3 which makes this my 2nd mazda that ive own. I hope to turn this car into a track purpose vehicle eventually.

That is good to hear, hope you reach you goal. I picked up a fc last week, though now it is showing its true colors, hopefully i can get the car to the point where it is drivable.

welcome to the forum! I just picked up an FC a few days ago. you won't be disappointed!

 

None so far, goal is to get the clutch pedal to stop sticking to the floor(already researched, possible cause clutch slave/clutch master/hose), then do a tune-up as stated by Icemark for purchasing used 7's. I'm hoping that is how my plan will turn out.

Awsome! I'd love to step it up but I'm feeling deep inside I need to conquer the FC first! Hello every body my name is Itachi. I'm originally from LA and that's were I picked up my FC from some Mexican in East LA. It died 3 days later..... Upset? Yes, but only partially. I figured I was going to have to rebuild it completely, But 3 days... Really!? Any ways It's been about a Year and a quarter since I picked up my 1990 N/A S5 body. Unfortunately I didn't have a proper garage to work on my baby my self. Now that i'm in H. Town, TX. I'm working on building my tool collection and expand my rotary knowledge... especially that their back in LeMans as of Late last year! The 787 is back with a Renesis type Quad Rotor beast! Can you say Championship Raping!? On the side i've become a distributor for multiple after market parts for street and off road racing. If you want to know more, just ask and we'll speak off sight until I get all these rules down so i can post on this awesome Club sight!

My most memorable moment so far during my 2 time rebuild was hitting 146 like it was no ones business through Arizona until I decided I didn't need to lose my license again. Sharing time! Any body else?

 

After the last Track day, there are things my MS3 needs now. Sadly the FC might have to go.
