Hey guys!
My name is Keri (but my racing and gamer friends call me Waggers) I recently acquired a 1985 RX-7 GSL road racing car that was co-built by Jude Rudder and Scott from Izzy's Custom Cages out of St. Louis. This car has been raced a very long time and has three log books that are essentially full. Pictures of how the car looked when I brought it home can be found here: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?...1&l=67044e6c02
At this point the car is a little rough around the edges and could use a good tear down, repaint, rewire, and reassembly. Sounds pretty ambitious, so we will see how much I can get done this winter.
I have learned a lot from browsing through the threads on this forum and wanted to introduce myself and thank the many contributors!
I have never been very good about being an active forum member, but I will do my best. If you care to follow my build I will be posting updates as I go on my racing Facebook page:

I am going into my 4th season of racing (autocross, drag racing, and buying seats for amateur road races) but am SO stoked to finally have a platform of my own to start working with. Being a female racer who owns a car with a temperamental reputation, I get a lot of flak and naysayers who waste my time. I am excited to be part a forum that not only can appreciate my build, but will likely offer support and encouragement when I need it the most!
Feel free to give me a shout out if you are in the PNW!
