Hello to all,

Well I am the 2nd owner of my 84 GSL-SE for about 13 years now and didn't want to post till I found some pics. I purchased it in 95....yes 1995 and the owner I bought it from had the bottom half flashed in black which I am still not a fan of. Use to do some racing up at Fountain Ave. back in the days when we had a huge RX-7 crew called Team 7 which including now known T&R Racing amongst the few. That was when Fountain was Fountain and many many moons ago.

Since I have owned my SE I have blown 2 motor, broke 1 tranny, demolished 2 rear ends and bent links due to hard launches with a RB 6 puck race disc with no springs. When I use to power shift to 2nd, I use to peel out like it was 1st gear and chirp gears all the way to 4th (you are not going fast until you start breaking parts). As of now my car is parked up in pieces undergoing restoration and Cosmo 13bt transplant, going for that Pica Motorsports look. That’s also due to breaking the steering box and had it rebuilt but break again (fawking NY streets are brutal). Tried to order the CP Racing kit but they went out of business so now I am looking at the ReSpeed kit. Right now I am trying to buy a house so my SE project is on the back burner but still stocking up on parts slowly. Don’t know when I will have it done as any RX-7 owner will tell you. So far I have the Cosmo 13bt motor awaiting street porting soon and some other parts. Need 8.8 rear, Micro Tech, etc..etc..etc. Oh, and the car WILL remain a street car!

Here a list of some of the parts I put on the car,

- Pacific fiberglass back kit and urethane front air dam.
- Glass sunroof.
- Eibach springs and Tokico blues.
- RB full street port dual exhaust.
- RB dual pulley kit.
- RB braided steel oil cooler hose.
- RB light weight fly wheel.
- RB 6 puck race disc and stock pressure plate aka the Mustang killer package!
- Flex-a-lite electric fan.
- Full Urethane brushings which are all shot.
- Cross drilled and slotted rotors which are now all rusted pieces of junk.
- Momo steering wheel that took 3 months to order and Razo short shifter.
- Custom cold air intake and AEM filter.
- Stock SE radio with Pioneer Primer 12 disc changer and speakers.
- 16x7 Konig Monsoons got them when they first came out 205/50 front 225/50 rear which I later sold so I don’t know the back space but had to run a spacer in front. People thought they were Volk’s hahaha!
- There are other parts but I just don’t remember at the moment.

Pics are old and are the only ones I can find right now...Enjoy!

In this pic TPS sensor went bad and running WAAAY rich smoking like a ****.

This is the Pica Motorsport look I am going for but no tubbed rear......4 now! haha

I hope you all enjoy these pics of mine and I am looking forward to being apart of this community of rotary enthusiast.
