Hello all,
Here is my story, I got my RX-7 back in 2003 when my dad passed away. I was slowly restoring it, and planning to do some mods, but money was short so I did not get too much done. In 2004, I tried to replace the exhaust manifold gasket, but could never get it running again, the exhaust manifold was warped. I placed into an empty space in my mom’s garage planning on getting back to it when I had some extra money.
In 2007, the rx7 was still sitting untouched and I received orders to the Washington DC area, where I’ve been since. I’m coming up to the end of my military career in about a 1 ½ years and will be moving back to Arizona where I can start working on the Rx-7 again. In the mean time, I’m going to start stocking up on parts and doing my homework since I’ve been out of the rotary world for a few years now. I’ve missed driving the car and having something to work on. I’m excited to soon be back in the rotary world again. Here are some old pics of my 1985 Rx-7 with a 12A.
