Good evening everyone!
My name is Wes D, I am from Missouri and I just inherited my late father's 88 (red)rx-7 non turbo. I am looking to finish what he started. I can't say that I am familiar with the rotary engine line of the rx-7, so what better place to gain some knowledge as well as meet some kindred spirits when it comes to performance, speed and beauty with these cars. This is my first rx-7 that I owned. I'm excited to get my pop's tribute underway and have already picked up a few extra mods for it...mostly cosmetic things such as wide body kit, new stagger formation rims n tires, exhaust,and sound system to name a few. However those items may add to the aggressive look of the car I am aiming for...but its under the hood that I want to tweek the most. I realize that it is a non turbo , so I may have some limitations ( again speaking from very little knowledge of this motor) , yet I am confident with the help of fellow rx-7 owners , we can get this car racing to the heavens for him. I gotta say since I picked it up, the car has me putting my nissan 300zx twin turbo on the back burner for abit just because I want to finish his car first...
