New 88' Rx7 T2 FC owner , currently making Drift-Only build
Hey everyone!
I'm a new T2 FC owner, but have had my 2010 rx8 R3 since 2012.... that's when i first fell in love with rotaries!!
I got the rx7 to start a project build and am very exciting to start the learning process.
I'm a pro rallycross driver, and although I'm around cars a lot, i never really get to work on them myself or tinker around ....hence my desire to get a project car of my own and jump in heads first.
Objective: to build a full drift-only car! (but still registered in case i have to drive it (LOL) so only street car needs would be headlight/taillight/blinkers).
I got lucky and picked up an rx7 car that already came with stance coil overs, mazda trix angle kit, camber adjusters, strut bar and a good engine.
Unfortunately the engine harness fried right out the gate, so I had help to wire up a new one of those and got an Adaptronic ECU.
I'm the process of gutting my car and removing everything i don't need...
Look forward to exploring this community more.
Oh, and I'm doing some youtube videos following my build https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JPIS...ature=youtu.be
Thanks!
