Just bought a 84 GSL-LE and pick it up tomorrow after work. Seems like a good bit of kit but its not perfect. I picked it up as a project for those warm summer nights and the plan thus far is an "improved original" restoration of just about everything. I've researched the hell out of what to do first so I won't ask those kind of questions I promise. I'm not new to forums or cars for that matter and I'm not afraid to fabricate if I have to.

The one question is where do you all get your factory touch up paint from?

Looking at the big picture for the 1stgen crowd, I'd have to say they don't get any factory touch up paint at all...it's actually more unusual to see an SA or FB all one color.

Milwaukee craigslist FTW! So there's no way to get factory paint anymore other than buying maybe gallons at a time? That kinda sucks but understandable for a 26 year old color. There's almost no rust on the car at all but the three places I did find I want to get taken care of and it's cheaper to prep it yourself and if you supply the paint...even better.
