My name is Bob
I have a 87 gxl that I got in 1991 with 21,100 miles on it. I now have 237,000 miles on it and I just can't get my self to get rid of it.
I rebuilt the engine at 180,000miles (it really was running good) I used S5 rotors and counter weights, New TII rotor housing, all knew seals, Street ported and Mazda trix re-surfaced the housing (when I was living in Cali). My plans now are to completely gut it and re-store it. I am going to go black with a hint of candy red in the clear and black/grey interior...
Oh yea and
Light weight flywheel, RB pressure plate, SS brake/clutch lines/ all poly suspension bushings, DTSS elimiators, Eibach springs/Tokico struts. And I put in a .807 5th gear set.
