You'll be able to figure out what you've got once you get through bit of reading in the 2ndgen archive. Thanks for taking the time to register and welcome aboard to RX-7 Club. I bought my first rx7 the other day for $800. It ran but it wouldnt start. So I took it to the shop and finally got it back last night after a week and a half of waiting. On my way home, my brother told me there were fireballs coming out of the tailpipes! Does anyone know why this happens?

Hm my old 88 GXL was also known for shooting flames from the exhaust. I agree with the previous poster, welcome to the wonderful world of RX-7s.
