Greetings, my name is Marvin from Camarillo, CA. and I recently purchased a blue '93 FD. I'm very eager to learn more about 13B's. Thanks.

Welcome to the forum. Since you are new to rotaries and 13Bs, I would recommend that you spend some time in the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) that are located in multiple areas (would be 3rd gen forum in this case). There you will find a lot of info and I would imagine it will answer 95% of the questions you already have. After spending some time reading, and you start to have better questions, I would recommend that you post your initial questions in the "new nember technical" forum (two sections down from this forum), as that section is "flame friendly".
Spend lots of time reading.
