Looking for a good professional mechanic

I've joined this forum in the hopes of finding a good mechanic in the Dallas area. My folks have a '93 rx7 and we're having trouble locating someone with expertise in the rotary engine.

We tried to have it serviced at the dealership where it was purchased and they couldn't fix so much as a coolant leak after three separate stays at their facility. I could write a book on how incredibly inept those clowns are.

If anyone can recommend a reliable, professional and honest shop it would certainly help.
