Hello all, I've been hanging out around here for 4 years reading about these wonderful vehicles and recently found myself in a position to purchase a 1994 Silver Stone Metallic base model. The car has an automatic transmission that I plan on having swapped for a 5 speed. It looks like I have my work cut out for me with respect to the plastics, and mechanical things that need to be done, but that's part of the fun (or pain depending on who you ask). Looking forward to talking RX-7's with you!
Many thanks to forum member Aarkaah for driving this thing all the way from Chicago!

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your new FD! The car is definitely a great starting point and I would also do the manual transmission swap. It will be worth it in the end, especially if you plan on keeping the car.
