A little about me - self titled.
Gidday everyone.
My name is Henry. I come from a little island with a big rotary culture....New Zealand.
At the start of this year, I decided to complete a dream I have had susince I was about 12. To own an Fd.
I managed to luck out and find a freshly imported specimen. A 1994 series 6 type R. Coming stock as a rock but with the editions of a series 8 wing and front bumper (both things I wanted to do).
I have since replaced alot vacuum lines. A few rad hoses. Removed the intake, intercooler and given them all a good clean up. Replaced the stock perished and cracked blow off valve and given it a good going over/service. That is all gor the engine now. As I will stockpile some parts to get ready for when it inevitably needs a rebuild.
The outside has received a carbon bonnet, frp side steps, a good guard roll (will be getting a slight flare aswell), and some 18 x 9.5 +20 Work CR Kiwamis in matte bronze. I also threw some BC Gold coilovers in there to get her sitting right and holding on in the corners a little more.
I look forward to trawling some builds and seeing what everyone is planning for their pride and joys.
Thanks for reading. Stock as the day I picked her up.
Finally back driveable.
On the rotor cruise last week.
