Let me introduce myself.
My name is Jim. I'm an old guy. I was a kid when rotary's (Wankles) were invented. I saw my first one in an old "Popular Mechanics" magazine. I always wanted a Mazda and to learn about rotarys. Now I plan to build a Locost. I have a 1985 RX7 donor(not GSL-SE), and a 13B fuel injected 85 or 86. I am enjoying learing about the RX7's and more about the Mazda rotarys. This is going to be fun.

Jim, "old" is a relative term. I'm 46 myself and love the hell out of all things rotary and this website. There is a TON of info here, so have fun with it. In the Dallas area, there are also monthly meets in the parking lot of Cheddar's at 635 and MacArthur Blvd....take a look at this regional board to see some of the folk we have in the area that also love rotaries.
