just got a 84 gsl-se

finaly..the old man decided to give it up. I feel like a little kid again.. i'v been wanting this car sence he picked it up 23 years ago. {i was 10} he picked up used [recovery theift] and now its sitting in a barn for the northen winter with 70,000 on it...no rust and well maintained and only driven a few miles a year, but will need paint, the orginal is fadeing some and for the good, the leather is perfect... i would have a pic but its still up there. i'm going to have to take a few days off to go get it...
but i just wanted to say hi and i'm looking foward to learning more about these sweet/fun rides. now i am a huge tuner fan.. i just sold a 08 si with 8g's worth hp/sup mods on it..loved the little car but i would just get bothered by the police in it, thinking i'm i kid. even though i had no exter mods done...anyways will see what the summer brings for the rx.. hopefully sup upgrades, i/e and paint

Tokico shocks and Eibach or Racing Beat springs are always a popular suspension setup.

If you really wanna get spendy, pick up Jun Susko's book and some of his products:

Welcome to the forum.
thanks for the info, i'll prob get his book to cut out the guessing game...as far as money spending. i'll prob just be going over the car to make sure everything is still in order first...he did tell me the belt tentioner isn't turning right... so thats first, and this is going to be a daily driver for at least this year till i can get something else....i hope i can spend more, but i'll prob just have 800 bucks to get started on a few things.
