OR Just gettin back into the Rotary scene

Hey my name is Chris.

Its been quite a few years since I have owned a rx7, me and several of my friends had our own little rx7 line up in high school. Between hard financial times and the birth of my two boys, I gave up my rx7s and moved into a more family friendly 4door bore.

But the bug has bitten me again and I just purchased a 87 t2. The car is in pieces, but everything appears to be in great shape. In reality it is gonna be a weekend project car for me, that I imagine will take quite a while to get where I want it. Gonna tow it home tommorow and begin the process of inventorying all the parts to find out what I have extra of, and what I am missing.

I really love all the info I am finding on rx7club and am sure that it will come to good use as I am looking at odd pieces wondering wtf they are.

Anyways, hopefully I can get to know a lot of people here and learn at least a little from each one.

I live out in Lincoln City.

Got my car tucked in the garage. Pretty excited about it. Time to start a parts that I need list. But overall everything was included with it. Most the body work has been done, and just needs a couple more spots of filler and a little more sanding before it is ready to spray. Problem is, I exhausted all my car money buying and getting it here so I cant afford sand paper and a spray gun atm lol.

So the first thing to happen will be putting the interior back together. For one reason or another the previous owner stripped the interior (all trim and headliner). Gonna end up needing some plastics, but what rx7 doesn't?
