Just bought a 1983 FB RX7 and so happy to find community of enthusiasts! Hi Im New!
I just bought my first ever rotary last month and am loving it!
It took me about a full day of driving around to learn manual and have been trying to educate myself on cars ever since.
I knew next to jack about cars before buying this cutie and am hoping this will be an adventure of learning that will further my appreciation for the art of autos.
I'm already obsessed with the pop-up headlights and beginning to understand more and more of the vehicle and how it works.
The issues with my RX-7 are: Pushed in front bumper, passenger window doesn't function, Poor stock suspension that is rusty and squeaks, Broken cruise control, Weak fuel injection, chipping/worn out paint. Honestly not bad for a pure stock 83 at this age!
Any and all tips, helpful comments, guides, mentoring, anything you can teach me - I'd love to hear what you have to say from a seasoned hobbyist to a newcomer!
Don't hesitate to PM either, would LOVE an active pen-pal/text-bro to bounce ideas off of or just shoot the ****.

Welcome to the forum!! Sounds like the car will be a lot of fun to restore and enjoy as it no doubt has a ton of potential! Do you know any of the car's history? Would like to see pictures of the car!
