I've always wanted a rotary since I was a kid. Now I finally have my first. It's a very clean 1982 GSL with 118,XXX miles. Nothing has been modified with the exception of a stainless exhaust header. It's been sitting awhile, but I was able to run it about ~70 miles this past weekend. I now know that I have a coolant leak from the lower radiator hose and a cracked oil cooler. The 12a is strong and way more powerful/responsive than I was expecting!

I'm looking into getting the oil cooler fixed at a radiator shop, unless anyone has any other suggestions. I'd like to keep the beastie as stock as possible with the exception of some performance mods.

I've ordered all new belts, hoses and will proceed to replace all fluids. After that I plan on using this car for autocross and weekend fun.
