Hey guys/ladies, I'm Josh and I have lived in the Northern Virginia area for almost 10 years now. I recently purchased a 93 Rx7 from a memeber on this forum. It does have an ls6 swap so I'm not sure if I'm going to have haters here but, I love the car and have always wanted an FD. I used to own a couple of new edge mustangs (99-04), hence my user name. Both were built for straight line racing and my 04 Cobra had a best time of 10.76. My FD was built for time attack. I plan on hitting up Summit Point and doing some local auto crosses in the near future. I am looking forward to meeting you guys and hope to gain some good knowledge and share when I can as well.

how are you enjoying your fd so far?

 

It's everything I wanted in a car! I just wish I were 2-4" shorter only when I wanted to drive it lol. I feel totally in control of the car at all times. The steering is very precise, especially with all the suspension upgrades done to the car. The throttle response is amazing and with the LS6 putting 420rhwp and 415ft/lbs of torque, it feels like the perfect amount of power for this car as a weekend warrior and occasional track car. The previous owner did a great job with the build and used high-end parts all around.
