Jonnie, Z connoisseur from Birmingham, AL
Hello! I'm Jonnie and I'm a car-oholic. I do not currently own an rx-7, but I have many friends who do and I'm dabbling with the idea of purchasing one soon. I'll be prowling this forum to learn more about their intricacies to see if I might be persuaded to leave the z chassis behind.
I'm currently the owner of 2 slicktop z32s. I feel as if I've almost conquered the 300zx chassis, after owning at least one for the past 14 years. I've owned 14 z32s over that period of time, including several twin turbos and several slicktops. I've also owned other cars including a b5 s4, lotus elise, about a dozen s-chassis and a few other random cars not worth a mention.
Anyway, I've always loved the fd chassis but just couldn't ever push myself to spend the coin on one when the s-chassis was much cheaper and adequate for my purposes. But, I'm getting older and the nissan chassis in general seem to attract a crowd of idiots, to put it bluntly. I believe it might be time to slip into something a bit classier.
Here is my current dd zed:
