My name is Mitch and I reside in NY state. I don't own an RX7, but my freind does and I took it upon liberty of myself to reaearch the vehicle for him as he wants to restore the 88 RX7 Turbo II his uncle left him. Along with that, he wants to make it a car that can be daily driven and also see track days. So, I will basically be on this website for a while researching the vehicle.

I myself own a B5 A4 (2001 Audi A4 1.8T Quattro) and is semi-modded. I have big plans for it, and have already started. And since I am a little kjowledgable about vehicles, I figured I will help him out.

My first plan, learn of the infamous rotary engine. Then we need to get the vehicle in 100% optimol running condition. I went to his house and inspected the vehicle, and that thing will need some TLC. But it is def a project worth pursuing. Cosmetics can come later, but our prioroty as of now is to get her running smoothely as she has sat for about 2 years (garage kept).

There is a car forum I am a member on for my personal vehicle, so I know the ropes around the forum boards. I just hope that I don't annoy any of the RX7club members and can take in as much info as I can to get the 88 to what she should be at. Peace!
