Initial D FC Build
Hello Everyone,
Yes,My name is Varian! ( Styx looked it up!It means the interchangeable one!)
I'm new to this forum but not new to the RX7, I've had mine for about 6 years now but it has not been running for the past 3 years, I'm now finally able to put in the time to build my car. The engine for now will be a stock N/A rebuild with plans for a turbo swap later, i just want to be able to drive my car again. Here are some pics. Looks rough now but give me some time.

Hey if you want a FD some one is selling one on craigslist for cheap because the motor blew. Check it out it's in the Albuquerque section. Anyway good luck with your FC. We have a good group of us in Albuquerque if you ever need help just post up in the mountain section also introduce yourself in the mountain section.

Side tracked
Hey guys, i got side tracked with repair jobs on a couple of our daily drivers. Ok so now back to the FC, so I'm about to start the tear down finally but have been doing alot of reading about apex seals, a long time ago i bout some RA classic seals and springs because I read some good things about them now I have been reading that they may not be good to use due to scoring the rotor housing walls, can anyone chime in on this, I have already been looking at stock seals or Atkins seals.

Welcome, as far as rebuild it depends on who does it and parts used. check out rotaryresurrection.com he seems to have good pricing and i hear he does good work. is yours overheating, if so i would stop driving it until the issue is resoved.
