How I Came Across My Rx-7
Umm okay first off I don't know any of yalls slang terms for the re-7 so any-who
I was driving down the rd a few years ago this guy had 2 rx-7's a red 1 and a black 1 neither 1 of them ran the red 1 had a popped motor and the black 1 eventually got stolen out of his yard... he cover the red 1 up for years a couple months ago i drive by the house and the car is uncovered I had forgot about it man I love these cars (minus the rotary) its rwd and it had a popped motor i had to get it... the car had for sell for $350 I didn't wanna spend the much though I offered $160 and he told me there was a guy coming to get it for $350 that weekend he said he would call me if it didn't go through well the other guy never bought the car i received a phone call and now I am the new owner of this rx-7
I paid $160 cash for the car

Welcome. You got a good deal.
What do you have against rotary engines?
What do you know about them?
There is alot of misinformation about them, don't believe everything you hear.
I am wondering how you know the engine is dead? There are lots of people on here that have purchased "dead" cars and with very little tinkering have gotten them fired up and back on the road.
Will the engine turn over?
Have you checked the compression?
