Hi! Female Owner - Can we talk check relays?

I think I need t replace check relay but should I know what made it go bad at first?

Most electrical components have a service life, and there are many factors that go into that. I don't think it's really important to diagnose why it failed unless a replacement also fails (very unlikely).

BTW, why did you bother putting you're a female owner? Does that matter?

Often times the contacts in the relay will either stick or burn. Typically you would replace the relay but often the relay can be opened and cleaned and will be serviceable once again. I would replace it with a known good unit.
