TX Hi everybody! new to the RX7 crowd...

Hello all, I am Joshua and i bought my first RX7 on saturday. Its a 1987 RX7 GXL with the 1.3L rotary engine and a manual transmission.

here is the story as how i got this car:
Last summer (2009) i was taking my sister to the bookstore and on the way back i got T-boned in my 1992 Camaro Rs that had a 305 V8. After the accident i got into a 4runner until early June 2010 when it got rear-ended. With the insurance money from the 4runner I bought the RX7.

Some history on the RX7: It was parked in a garage since 2001, the person i bought it from redid the entire fuel delivery system and it is running decent right now.

Thanks for reading and i hope to become a regular on the forums

Welcome aboard, Joshua. Please start checking your mirrors more often and don't let that poor FC get t-boned or rear-ended!

Hi Joshua, I've had similar experiences with cars back when I was into my ford Maverick(s), first one got taken out by a truck and trailer who ran a red light and ripped the front of my car off. Then bought another maverick and put the V8 from the first one into then got rear ended and totalled =/ Be careful with the 7! and post some pics! heh
